Updating TitanRPG

If you already have TitanRPG 1.60 or higher installed and want to update to the latest version, please follow these steps:

  1. Just to make sure, make a backup of your current TitanRPG.ini file.
  2. Download the release package of the latest version and install it, however, do not install the TitanRPG.ini file contained in it! If you do, your customized settings will be gone. Restore the backup if you accidentally overwrote your TitanRPG.ini file.
  3. Open your TitanRPG.ini file and replace all occurrences of your last version's package name by the newest version's package name using "Find & Replace". For instance, if you update from TitanRPG160 to TitanRPG160-Update2, replace all occurrences of TitanRPG160. by TitanRPG160-Update2.. Including the trailing dot is recommended to avoid possible problems with the replacement.
